I'm guessing it is ok as the track is FREELy available it says:
 
To download your FREE copy of the track "Constant Motion" from Dream Theater's new album
 
However, to be on the safe side I will delete MO's link as it doesnt say that you can freely distribute it.. Shouldnt be difficult to work out how to get it if the server is slow in the origianal link.

Definitely a strong Metallica influence there
After the 4 minute mark it gets really impressive, I like it!!

Nice news, but I didn't like the song. I expect this to be the worst song of the album, otherwise I don't think it will be a good album.

-The Metallica ripoffs are blatant.

-Portnoy's a beast as always, metal suits him

-MP vocals?  Love 'em more than LaBrie's, hell yeah

-Production is SICK

-Radio hit.  I just know it.
