I can't believe Haïr has only got my one vote
the only other is JC Superstar, which is strange from this ol'pagan.

let's just stay above the moral melee prefer the sink to the gutter keep our sand-castle virtues content to be a doer as well as a thinker, prefer lifting our pen rather than un-sheath our sword

From this list, "West Side Story." Not on the list, it's a tie between "Oklahoma" and "Guys and Dolls."

Jesus Christ Superstar... Actually, I would find Bernstein's West Side Story more powerful and better altogether but thre are some parts in JCS that just do it for me, like the Overture or judas' theme, or the song Superstar itself.

Jesus Christ Superstar, which had great songs, and the movie was very original in its approach. I voted for that one.
Hair has some great music; West Side Story was original.
Not in the list: Chess, by Björn and Benny, has its moments as well.

Rocky Horror was a little too awkward for my tastes.
I enjoyed Les Miserables, but Phantom Of The Opera from the choices.

Musicals are the wildest dream of every prog band! I've put some of them (I know the list should be longer, but I feel these ones closer to the progressive spirit). Choose your favourite one (mine is the ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW).
