Hi and welcome to this thread, glad to see another Italian prog lover around here, have you already listened to Stati di Imaginazione? (sp?), what do you think about it?

I listened again to DFA`s live album Work in Progress, i really like it!
Though it is jazzier and fusion, not RPI...
BTW i think my new avatar rocks!!!

MMM, I've downloaded some RPI albums, but I haven't listened to them, just some parts of Semiramis's Dedicato a Frazz. I've benn working in this genre, it really rocks.

Just heard Calliope's first one. Great! I didn't think it was recorded in the '90s until I saw the band pic and liner notes.

An ELO alarm should have Xanadu as it`s song, if i listened to it, i would probably start dancing
Strange but Semiramis`album is not really something i love, for me it`s a great album indeed, but it doesn`t provoke any kind of emotion in me ... |

for my fellow RPI friends.. help me out here...
I'm as some of you know ...taking a nice long vacation to Italy in the next couple of weeks.. ahh.. 18 days to be exact . I plan on bringing an extra suitcase and buying every damn RPI album I can get my hands on hahhaaha .. Give me your top 5 or 10 current favs.. let me check them off vs. what I have and get them on my list if I don't. Most interested in the 70's stuff but if there is a modern one you think I have to have.. put it on there. Raff and Andrea Cortese have recommended some current ones that I have abolutely loved. Thanks all.. |

I WANT TO BUY LOTS OF RPI ALBUMS, BUT IF THEY'RE NOT DISCONTINUED, THEY'RE TOO EXPENSIVE, OR THEY ONLY SELL THEM BY INTERNET, WHICH IS THE WAY I'M GETTING THEM, BUT I CAN'T ORDER AT ALL TIME, LOL, I GAVE MYSELF A GIFT IN CHRISTMAS: IL BALLETTO DI BRONZO-YS
