I don't wish someone dead and mutilated. But your reaction was exactly the one I hoped for. Yeah, I'm a foreigner as far as Canada goes. Is it wrong of me to interject and wish a Canadian official dead? Sure. That's offensive. Honestly... I had no f**king clue who Stephen Harper was til I googled "Canadian Prime Minister." You as an American have no place to be flippant about the cultural right to exsist. America was a British colony once. You ALL had to answer to the Queen. You took it upon yourselves to fight against the ruling class and become your own nation, with your own culture. You won that independence.
The people of Iraq deserve the same rights. To develope their culture and laws, as they seem fit, without foreign interests invading and applying futher oppression.

geez, somebody should stop, or else something worse may happen later. Using offensive and insulting reaction is wrong, but i don't think there's a point in countering each other with harsh words. seriously, what would you get by insulting other people ?

Ah yes... but we weren't having our tongues cut off for minor infractions. We were an entirely separate entity from the mainland from nearly the start. There was NO WAY for the British government to rule us from across the sea. We aren't talking Super-speed internet days here. Communication took WEEKS. However in Iraq you had Big Brother Saddam and his henchman HACKING PEOPLE TO PIECES. Obviously you haven't seen the videos. In your world ignorance is bliss. It's that French blood in you; turning your back is part of your genetic makeup. For the rest of us, we realize that ignorance perpetuates injustice.

what's the difference between an opinion and a death wish?
Just because you can not counter someone's opinion with a good argument you choose a violent counter attack.
sorry forgot, you are a Bush fan so I shouldn't be surprised about a violent aproach instead of using arguments and diplomacy.
