Hello all. I cannot vote in the Prog Olympic polls in the Just for Fun subforum (one of them is listed below as an example):

Is this a bug in my forum account or in the forum system, or is there some kind of restriction for people with 'Newbie' rank to vote in these polls?

It's nothing to do with being a newbie.
If I remember rightly this can happen when a poll is moved from one forum to another. I'm not sure how one of these Olympic polls ended up in just for fun, so maybe it got moved?
