Topic: Unable to add album Posted: June 22 2006 at 18:55 |
I tried to add the new Iona DVD to the list of albums, and somehow the
system kept saying that I needed to log in. So I would login over
and over again. It just seemed to get caught in a loop. I
deleted cookies and temp files and put PA in my trusted sites and
assorted maintenance like that, but all with the same failed
result. Has anyone experienced this probem before? Thanks...
BTW I tried it with IE6 and Firefox. No luck Edited by akiko - June 22 2006 at 19:05 |

I added a VA album just minutes ago that seemed to do nothing when I clcked Submit ... so I clicked it again a minute or so later and still nothing.
Did PA receive a submission for "Golden Miles: Australian Progressive Rock 1969-1974"?

I recently had a problem submitting a review which seemed to disappear. It turned out it was because I had a URL in the text, as soon as I removed it, it was fine.

I have a similar problem akiko . The log in to add an album does not seem to work. I have Windows Me. I eventually moved to a PC with Windows XP and it worked OK.

Thanks for the tip Chopper
I put a URL to the cover picture in the "Cover" cubby hole, which appears to have been the problem.
