Silly thread Anyway, I don't think I can lift anything on the bench press. I'm sure that the bench press would have an easier time lifting me Gotta go to the gym

I'm 49 and I don't "weight-out" as much as I used to, but I can still do about 10 reps of 200-250. 20 years ago I peaked at 10 reps of 350. But then again, I am 6' 8" and weigh about 290. So it's no real big deal.
Ok silly thread, but hey the male limbido is still alive and kicking! We're proggers, and we're not going to take it anymore!!

Hey, somebody has to be big! I just got the job, that's all. I didn't ask for it!
Besides, whatever happened to "real" men? I'm talking about hair on the back. Smelly armpits that can fart Close To The Edge with the hands underneath it. Low growly voices, assertion of authority, spinal columns made of steele.
Seems that there has been de-masclulation of men over the past 25-30 years. Men should be more "sensitive" and "understanding" and know what it's like to be a woman or a suppressed minority or whatever.
We have now classes that teach men to experience the pains of pregnency. What?! Excuse me, but it has been well established that there are biological and bahaviour differences between men and women.
So the bottom line is guys, lift those weights, smell-up those armpits, fart Close To The Edge and be a REAL man!

...whilst retaining your feminine side; maybe invite your significant other to join you in a duet of 'close to the edge' involving close harmonies (and preferably open windows)

Can't seem to get it up, eh Szyzgy?
I wouldn't admit that here, if I were you -- this is clearly a thread for real "he men."

I think I can bench 60 lbs. at 10 reps. I don't ever have a chance to build up because we don't have a bar to set the weights on and I feel inferior going to the gym.
The privacy of my own basement 10 miles underground where I can listen to 80s Rush and feel happy is just fine. I am The Analog Kid.
