One ANEKDOTEN mishearing ended up on some bootleg CD of their live show.

"This Far from The Sky" -> This heartless guy

One famous mishearing is in Manfred Mann's Earth Band's Blinded by the light, "ripped up like a douche" (misheard) >< "revved up like a deuce" (right words). This was talked about in Mann's interview: a detail that possibly helped the single (and Roaring Silence album) sell so well. Eh, my English is not good enough to understand either of them properly, what sort of naughtiness is there, can someone enlighten me?

one of the songs off billy idols latest album is called Plastic Jesus, I honestly thought, when i first heard it that he was saying "plastic cheeses!"
