a few months ago there was a problem of too many ELP, now it's Dream Theater

would you prefer an abundance of ELP or Dream Theater, whether it's praise or hate

And before that it was Dream Theater

But the best, are those threads that combine them, like this one.

it's a lot easier this way.

this describes both bands

arid, bomb, bromidic, bummer, characterless, cloying, colorless, commonplace, dead, drab, drag, dream theater, drudging, dull, elp, flat, ho hum, humdrum, insipid, interminable, irksome, lifeless, monotonous, moth-eaten, platitudinous, plebeian, prosaic, repetitious, routine, spiritless, stale, stereotyped, stodgy, stuffy, stupid, tame, tedious, threadbare, tiresome, tiring, trite, unexciting, unvaried, vapid, wearisome, zero

I prefer praise threads about ELP, and I'm not at all interested in Dream Theater threads

For the simple reason that I really like ELP, and I'm indifferent to Dream Theater.

It's a just a matter of taste, I know, but since you asked...

ELP

There are way too many DT threads out there now.

Unfortunately DT doesn't have a Threefates or a Karnevil9, so...

and Tuxon: I pretty much agree with your list of words, with the exception of the inclusion of the words 'dream theater' and the lack of the inclusion of a certain five-letter, circus-related word starting with 'are-' at the beginning of the list
