I hate guys using real artist names : two or three have been polluting the forum :
_ Peter Townsend (with his pedophile adventures , one must be really stupid to use his name) _ Hammill (especially with his signature) _ James Hetfield ( and the usurping man was an asshole even joking about the artist's crusade against piracy)

I did not know that the charges had been dropped. But as you say , there is no smoke without fire!
As for those guys using names , of course I do not believe they are the artists, but this usurping of names is both unhealthy and illegal! Let alone the feelings of the guys being usurped their identities , if they knew about it......
