	Once again, I did hear this album on a blog site a year or so ago, I would very much love an LP reissue!! :) Considering many all but unheard of Krautrock albums/bands get their albums reissued, surely there's hope for bands/albums like Profil and Zebulon?! The only rarer album I've heard before on a blog that I was ever able to actually track down a physical copy of was `Ocean - Melody (1981)', a German instrumental band that sounded a little like ELP. My wonderful girlfriend got it for my birthday off Ebay :) It gave me hope in tracking down albums such as Profil and Zebulon lol!

	Great stuff again, you're doing a great job with these gems David. There's a strong Fusion component indeed, but there's also Symphonic and Space Rock, plus some bits of electronic and floydian guitar. I'm not sure whether it should go to Eclectic as a band similar to S.B.B. or to Fusion (the difference is not very clear anyway, especially considering S.B.B. were added to PA as Fusion initially), but I'll start with Eclectic and see from there.

	OK everyone, sit back and get ready for a real treat! There were actually two German bands called 'Profil' around in 1982. One of them was a New Wave Deutsch, (abbreviated NDW for some weird reason), Minimal Synth, Cold Wave band, of little interest to us on here...and the other was this lot: From the 7-track album (their only one) called 'For You', we have: "Kick" "Monday Evening" "Magdalena" "Difficult" "Gangster Parade" "Touch me there" "Ta-tü-ta-ta" A lovely Acid-Jazz-Prog album - 7 tracks, with great keyboards, killer heavy electric guitar leads, some spacy effects and superb bass and drums. Wonderful, prolific, instrumental rock driven by guitar and synthesizer - truly complex musicianship. A 1. Kick (5:08) 2. Monday Evening (4:21) 3. Magdalena (4:19) 4. Difficult (4:19) B 1. Gangster Parade (5:06) 2. Touch Me There (6:30) 3. Ta-Tü-Ta-Ta (5:55) Hans Schneider / acoustic and electric guitars Alfred "Phonts" Biebl / bass, percussion and effects Hans-Rainer Kolb / keyboards, percussion and guitar Bernd Mayer / drums and percussion Recorded from February 22 to 27 1982 I've seen two editons of this for sale on the Internet (on the Brutkasten label): Brutkasten (85 J 029) Brutkasten KB 85 R 028 The label 'Brutkasten' was very highly regarded, but released only 11 albums (http://www.krautrock-musikzirkus.de/en,Brutkasten____43,N.html) Unfortunately it was never released on CD.
