Without putting words into Audun's mouth I'd like to think that he merely accepts that there are different races, which there are. Humans are all of the same species but we have different races - just like all dogs are dogs but not every dog is a doberman or a poodle. There are distinct races. It's only when, as you yourself pointed out, folks start putting one over the other that the real problems begin.
Political correctness can have it's virtues but this is not one of them.

Political discussion.. meaningful thoughtful is pretty much a product of a lost era.  The way I see it, at least through my experiences. People believe what they believe.. and no amount of discussion be it on the internet or face to face is going to change that.  I don't know about other place man.. but at least here.. things have become so polarized. Even if you can have a civil discussion.. face to face or on the internet.. it is wasted breath.  People are entrenched in their thoughts and positions.   I lay the blame, as it deserves TO be laid.. on the right that made demonization of the opposition, ie liberals, and incited fear of them and ..ahem.. many of their core followers.. page 1 of their political playbook.  in lieu of course of meaningful policy ideas since the last idea they had.. voodoo trickle down economics was proven to be a complete fraud and destroyed the economy as well as continuing the destruction of the middle class here in the U.S.
