I had an old Austin Metro once, and I was amazed when someone stole it.

The insurance had just lapsed so I didn't bother to report the theft to the police.

First time I jumped into the passenger seat of a friends Merc SLK and I felt a pleasant, warming sensation in the seating department I turned to the driver and asked "Do you have heated seats?" She nodded. "Are they on now?" She nodded again. "Thank fCensoredk for that! - I thought old age had arrived early." Embarrassed

My brother had a gutless Skoda that caught fire when idling in the driveway. The owner's manual said it was a "four door saloon " as well -- talk about encouraging drinking and driving!LOL (see below)
 
The wor$t car I ever owned was a used Audi Quattro -- talk about expen$ive part$ (and it ALWAYS needed new parts)! I think German car parts are made of solid platinum!
 
The heated seats were nice, though -- warm buns on a frosty morning make for a good start to the day, eh wot? Wink

In Budapest pedestrians and cyclists don't get much respect, so I wouldn't call myself happy pedestrian or cyclist here. I'm not that keen on dangerous extreme sports.LOL

Wow!!! My father used to drive a bright orange one in the early 80s. It didn't have a vinyl roof but me and my brothers always felt like "The Dukes of Hazard" in that thing LOL
