Three previous suggestions for him have all led nowhere.
This thread from February 2018 has links to the previous two from the summer of 2009. The evaluation can be followed at https://progfreak.com/Richard-Barbieri-168377.html?path=pa/recent.

A) Original bio + Pic Richard Barbieri is an English musician and sound designer, best known for his work with 70s synth-pop legends Japan, his several collaborative works (including co-writing with Steve Hogarth, Tim Bowness, and in Jansen/Barbieri and Jansen/Barbieri/Karn), and above all, his role as the keyboard player in contemporary progressive rock/art-rock underground phenomenon Porcupine Tree. It is during his Porcupine Tree-years, when he started developing solo material, releasing his first album in 2005, named 'Things Buried' on Intact Records. He has since been one of the most prolific acts in Kscope's progressive artists roster. 2021 saw Barbieri releasing his ninth solo studio album 'Under a Spell'. His solo work is mainly focused in creating atmospheric, gloomy electronic musical passages, often embracing drone and ambient as stylistic direction and exploring different techniques and sounds, very original and compelling for fans of this kind of music. B) Listen to two sort of compilation albums, focusing on his solo work (as his music is not generally available for free): ^This is 'Chosen Spells', sort of an EP released this year, giving a good idea of where his music is currently ^And this is 'Introducing Richard Barbieri', another decent compilation C) Useful links related to Mr Barbieri's music: Wikipedia page: http://https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Barbieri Kscope artists page: http://https://kscopemusic.com/artists/richard-barbieri/ Bandcamp page: http://https://richardbarbieri.bandcamp.com/ Youtube catalogue: http://https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgfCldiUQVbA55M8Fi-byXQ/featured
