^ Your second link is to the SEBTP page;  he would log-in and write his review in the box waaaaay at the bottom of the page.   He either doesn't know that, or doesn't want to go to the trouble, or saw the huge number of reviews and figured there's no point.   My guess is the first.

But I agree the thread should be closed and he should be informed of review procedure.

A user typed up a review for SEBTPound  in this thread, not as a review proper. I wanted to suggest that he should delete the OP, thus killing the thread, and click on "Write a review" on the album's page, but the link throws me to the ratings distribution section instead. (I wonder whether that's an actual bug or it's because I already wrote a review for the album.) Thoughts?
