Windows 10 app problem

   Well, I was quite impressed with Windows 10 until the other day when none of the Windows 10 apps or Edge would connect to the Internet on my laptop (even when I was connected fine on Firefox).

I googled the issue to find it appears to be quite common (and has spread to my other PC today) and there were a number of solutions offered (including using different DNS servers and rebuilding the PC), however the one that has worked for me has been changing the date/time to "Set time automatically" and "Set time zone automatically". If the first one is already set, then switch it off and back on again (which just goes to prove that turning it off and on again fixes most IT issues).

It still amazes me that these sort of issues never came up during the Windows 10 testing!

(or did they?).
