This topic has been discussed again and again e.g. here, but no way this rating system has a limitation as technical specification.

I was wondering why we can't rate albums with half a star? I feel that half stars can make a big difference to a rating. I'm not sure why the reason we can't , because of the averages? Would it make it harder? Or does it just not matter that much? Personally I would love to have half stars
