Detroit Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera was arrested last night for DUI.  Apparently he was drinking from a bottle of scotch while behind the wheel, after the cop pulled him over.  He then played the "do you know who I am card?".  Spoiled rich brat is what he is.

Oh yes he's extremely lucky. Considering, well idk the usual penalty but I know its far worse than that.
And even going to be expunged. Maybe his BAC wasn't that high or something, I never wanted to ask.

I'm actually somewhat acquainted with some of the band, a girl friend of mine is dating one of the guitarists and we've done tinychat with them a bunch of times, I'm also friends with the guitarist in that video and their singer/sax player Chris Barretto on Facebook.  (Chris actually was one of Periphery's original vocalists.)

Luckily he somehow managed to only get his license suspended for 2 months and the DUI will even be expunged from his record.
He just can never be caught with alcohol in his system for a while (we don't know if they'll really piss test him but no chances eh?) and goes to these BS classes where they pretty much make you feel bad and waste your time.

Our office admin knows this dude that DUI'd on a suspended license.  90 days in the clink.
