Of course, the question is whether or not the USDA's priority is the nutrition of a nation or the commercial interests of the crop industry.

Read through the whole report. Pretty damning. It's not going to change my choice consumption though.

That said though, it's still insufficient. Nobody argues that all milk should be consumed raw. It depends on the quality of the jersey and its diet. It also admits a cost-benefit between the consumption of natural bacteria we desire and taste with an increased probability of negative bacteria.

I would have answered: "Government doesn't pay them, private companies and people are free to pay whomever they want however much they want; but if you wonder why rappers and athletes get paid so much by anyone is because morons like you my dear student idolize them..." 

Student: Mr. Brown, if the government is in so much debt, then why do they pay all these rappers and athletes so much money?
