She'll still be able to sing but hearing can affect balance and all sorts.  It can also affect singing.

Hopefully the Doctors are just bluffing.

On a serious note.

My mate Tiff has had the Mumps... and she's had it longer than most.  Anyhow, she's been to the doctors and she may have permanently lost her hearing in her left ear.

She's a professional singer.

It could totally screw her career. Confused
