Man, this will be the longest I've been continuously up for a while, and for completely pointless reasons, too! At least my Calculus test got moved from Wednesday so I don't need to cry about that tonight.

Well I need to go drive out to school to take my (undoubtedly pathetically easy) Economics test and then drive right back, here's a link for the road of everybody's favorite news story.

Well Australia's mostly dry so water can only do it good, right?

If you get a chance go for it man. I saw them live last summer and it was one of the best concerts I've ever had the pleasure to attend. Maynard isn't the frontman he used to be but hes still got the voice.

Very late. On Sunday I slept from, IDK, 2am-3pm, Monday I slept from 8am-4pm, and I haven't slept since. I have almost nothing to show for it because I'm just that retarded.

Hey Israel, shut up.

Yeah. The story is super cheesy, voice acting was horrible, level design was pretty bad, levels took about 10 minutes to load each, the combat could've been absolutely amazing although was way too unbalanced to work in the long run.

Still a fun game, although it's frustrating when something could've been so obviously great if given some extra care.

Wish I was going to the Tool solo shows here, although the closest one is 8 hours away.

So it had potential but just didn't go the whole way. Yeah, I honestly don't think I've ever even heard of it.

Indeed, there's also a lot of other stuff (like using magic with the environment [the lightning spell in water example comes to mind]) although DM lacks in so many ways that it's kinda hard to enjoy it as a game overall.

I'd say it was pretty generic FPS although some of the gun upgrades were cool.
They kinda stole all their ideas and function of the plasmids from this game, though.

Sadly, Dark Messiah Of Might and Magic is kinda like Untapped Potential: The Game.

Even the plasmids? I thought they did an alright job there. I won't even bother defending the second one, but the original wasn't a completely broken game or anything.

It was functional enough I guess, although super repetitive.

Ah well. I kinda agree with you, as the gameplay was quite dull.

Definitly ProgKidJoel. Perfect example was Bioshock. I didn't even enjoy the game play much, but the atmosphere of rapture, and the way the story unfolded kept me happily playing to the end.
