There is no deadline that I know of. But perhaps you should send a PM to that person saying you accept to be a part of the collaborators, and then eventually they promote you and you get your "collaborator hat" in a mail  (the last part was a bit made up  ) |

I was invited to set up a prog collaborators biography page. I typed it out, hit submit, and the next page was an empty window with all of my reviews below. Have I done something wrong or missed a step?
