I saw both Hinten and Kanguru in this shop I frequent...about 3 years ago...didn';t buy them ,,, he wanted more than I was willing to pay. Original vinyl like that can get pricey and I'm not a big fan of that band.
Got the cd cheap,,, used  for $9.
You picked up a bargain there. $9 is just £6.50 in my money, so I'd be happy to spend that much on any of Guru Guru's 4-star albums I've heard so far. The only Guru Guru album I've ever seen on sale in England was the "Hinten" album for £10 at Newark market, but I hinted that was more than I wanted to pay. Smile

In fact, not to sound like an ass, butt there's an album cover I can really get behind.

I saw Guru Guru's Hinten album on sale at a market stall in Newark awhile ago, but it was a bum deal at £10, so I didn't buy it. Smile

I'd jump at the chance to buy their Kanguru album though. Tongue

I'm really looking forward to hearing Guru Guru's entire discography for the first time, having only heard their first two albums previously. It sounds like I could be in for a real treat. Smile

Guru Guru, can you do the Kanguru? Guru Guru are a long-running Krautrock band who've been around now for over half a century. They're a band who don't take themselves too seriously, as evidenced by some of their wacky song and albums titles and the Guru Guru band philosophy expressed succinctly by founder member Mani Neumeier in 1973:- "We're not cosmic rock, we're comic rock." Smile
