HMMT is probably the best cut of the list but I'm gonna vote Roy Harper; the perfect ending to a perfect album

Led Zeppelin was great at producing entire albums that were more than just a set of songs.  The openings, middle tunes, and endings were all crafted so you experienced a sense of beginning, middle, and end.  This is a craft that few artists today maintain (and many of the exceptions are found on this site).  So, all of these songs serve as good closers.  Nostalgia compels me to vote for Bring It On Home because of that one afternoon I spent with a good buddy engaging in controlled activities (Smoke) many years ago, the sounds of the song eminating through the wall from the dude who rented the little unit in the back of the house.  Good times, man, good times.
The world of sound is certainly capable of infinite variety and, were our sense developed, of infinite extensions. -- George Santayana, "The Sense of Beauty"
