That could be, I don't know

I'm afraid I'm actually sad enough to know that as a fact...

No, you may be proud of your knowledge. Chin up!

yeah...too true..
I've reached the stage in my life where I have realised I can't pull anything more than an ugly old bag, so I have to justify it to myself somehow....
|
Old bags or never changing socks, which of the two is more pathetic ?
|
I can only get myself an old bag, because I never change my socks....
oh, and I suffer from a range of annoying personal habits...
|
Me too, but I'm sort of a secret slob

we have a lot in common.....only I'm not so secret...

Sometimes I unveil one of my habits, like the refusal to change my socks. I don't want to conform to much to these silly rules in our society

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

I'm from Herefordshire, on the welsh border.

Yes, the cloth hall is amazing. Also amazing is that Ieper looks very old, but every building is from after 1918. As a Dutchman I never heard a lot about World War 1, because the Dutch didn't participate in the war. I'm learning very fast now since I live in West-Flanders. Have you been to The Last Post at the Menen-gate? You must have...
|
yes, and the Flanders Fields musuem, and Hill 62 museum.... it's an incredible story, how after the war, the Belgian authorities wanted to defy the Germans as much as possible, by recreating the town square in the original architecture, as if to say 'you can't beat us'... that in itself is incredible, as the cloth hall dates from the early 1400s....

BTW, I'm one of the few Brits who actually thinks Belgium is a cool place...

I'm one of the few Dutch who think that Belgium is a cool place. I live in Menen, a town in Flanders at the French border. Close to Ieper, or Ypres, or whatever it's being called in English . I'm from Holland though, and I live here because of my work. Great country, Belgium. Where from England are you?

The City of Naples probably has the hottest women in Europe... unfortunately that also seems to describe their tempers, so such beauty is bought with a high price...
