Yes and no. There are definitely certain easily recognizable narrative tropes in arrangement techniques that evoke the mood of winter. Like, the use of bells and pads. Perhaps also windchimes and moody string textures.

I would strongy suggest to you, Aflower, to share the songs that remind you of winter personally and subjectively elaborate on why they give you that particular vibe. B) That's what forums are for.

I tend to go more by lyrical content. I agree with the bell thing to a degree though and for that reason always thought Rush's "closer to the heart" sounded Christmassy.

Maudlin of the Well -- Interlude 4. Witchwood -- A Taste of Winter. Coil -- Snow.
Like mentioned above, Agalloch, and more generally, as one would expect, many Scandinavian metal bands: Kauan -- Sorni Nai,  Moonsorrow -- Kivenkantaja, Equilibrium -- Mana, Dornenreich -- Hexenwind, etc. Their ability to paint winterscapes is unmatched. A nonmetal incarnation of the same is bands like Wardruna.

Hi people! All you know, the Christmas came, the New Year is coming (Merry for you!), so, what about prog rock albums with winterish atmosphere? Maybe somenthing cold and dark as windy night in the woods, or the opposite, warm and close as chimney in grandmas house? Maybe because of the lyrics or the cover or atmosphere, accept every associations!

I personally think that Camels "Moonmadness" and "The Snow Goose" got something like that...
