Cultösaurus Erectus

Can somebody tell me who is artist of this cover ? I knew it, but forgot.

I am looking for higher resolution version of this image, "widescreen" version - something like 1600x900, almost 2 times wider than tall.

I would also like to see this one in big:

So information, links, images in high resolution, all welcome.

The first in the trio of albums that features BOC's best album art: C.E., Fire of Unknown Origin and Extraterrestrial Live. Classics. Would be nice if they issued remasters of the latter two, though the Live CD does sound pretty good as it is.
