As cool as the late tracks are....I have to give a nostalgic nod to Crystal Ship. One of their first songs to grab me many years ago.....
Still drooling for the day I can buy a Japanese mini of Weird Scenes....one of the few times I really love a compilation |

Not a single bad track on their first album so very hard to choose.
For sheer unbridled pleasure - Take It as It Comes For prising open a hitherto forbidden erm...door for rock music that the forces of reaction have never been able to seal subsequently - The End |

This keeps changing for me, but right now it's When The Music's Over. Such a simple, but great bass line to drive it!

That would be fine if it were on their debut instead of Strange Days. |

I like them all with the exception of "I looked at you". I went with "The End".

Tough choice between The Crystal Ship and The End. Voted for the latter.

Kurt Weill did it better, but I can't go against The Alabama Song.

Hi,
I'm going to abstain on this one.
There really is nothing in this album that I can not sit and go ... nice ... really nice ... and simply go away with it.
My favorite, and probably most important one, will always be "The Soft Parade" ... mostly because it is the one piece that forces you to look in the mirror, and most people refuse to do it! Edited by moshkito - April 03 2015 at 10:54 |

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!
