The Sundays - Static And Silence. I love this album, the singer has one of the most beautiful voices in pop music.

was kidding...don't hesitate with 'Blood on the Tracks' and 'Desire', two of his all-time best. Many of his more recent stuff is quite strong too (Love & Theft, Modern Times, Together through Life, Tempest).
