JJ, I love the rustic look of the wall behind you.  Can I assume that is some old, small time joint and not a chain place?

If so, nice you can still find one!
Yes, very quaint and out of the way. A few ex-cold war spies and an old artist who's work will only be appreciated decades after he dies show up here. Nothing special about the place. The only chick you'll find is the cook who is the owner's daughter.

I love little family bars and the dives from another era....any place with a personality.  You want to have a drink in a place that has stories in its walls.  ;)

Oh yeah, gotta love it. Especially in a major college town, its different. And almost all the places around are clubs....

She's adorable, Scott. Smile

You know, you look nothing like I would have expected. You remind me of Tom Hulce in the film ''Amadeus''. Or maybe it's just because I have that film and Classical music on the brain a lot as of late.

My turn again, yay.

Notice the (intentionally) cheesy facial expression. LOL Am I intrigued, turned on, or pissed off? I'll let you decide.

Aw! Smile Well I'm glad my comments were appreciated.

And thanks for the comments on my picture as well. It's strange, I look nothing like I did even three years ago, but I'm already so used to my current 'look' that I can't really imagine looking amy other way, at least not for awhile.

On the other hand, there are some people who never look any different from the time they were born. Maybe I should post some of my baby pictures to demonstrate the contrast, LOL.

Thanks!
Given the apartment I'm in that one must be 2 and a half years old. It was simple, and everyone said I looked good in a bandana.

Also, while I thought hippie was pretty obvious, I got everything from gay pimp, elton john, and 70's coke fiend. LOL

Yeah, I did hippie once back in the 80s for halloween.  It is a fun one, and easy.

Gay pimp? LOL

I think you just look like a Floyd fan!!

Yeah, then again they could've been drunk. And I enjoyed channeling my inner hippie.

I think I've got that exact shirt, or a very similar one. Great picture anyway.

Wouldn't be surprised, I loved it! Part of the reason its a brilliant costume too. Can use all the parts. Except those headache inducing red glasses.
