I do too, and that one is as horrid and worthless as the Yes 'Extended Version'... |

Yes, and I could not find a proper one. Besides, it appears to be unauthorised by the band. Moreover, the number of the entry is 818 so it must've been added a long time ago. How come nobody noticed it until now? Edited by Tuzvihar - May 24 2011 at 13:14 |

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but two of the live Black Sabbath albums are as far as I can ascertain, bootlets. Haven't got either and they appear to be decent bootlegs, but not legit all the same.
Information taken from a BS bootlet site - http://www.black-sabbath.de/bootleg2.sab
ROCKSTARS IN CONCERT
-------------------- (Stemra 6117062) Source: Olympia, Paris, France, 20/12/1970 CD: Iron Man/Paranoid/War Pigs/Fairies Wear Boots/Hand Of Doom/Black Sabbath/ Behind The Wall Of Sleep (42:52 min) Comments: Another version from the French T.V. broadcast in good sound. Same concert as "COPPER", "Paris 20/12/70" etc. Made in Holland. This bootleg is also available as tape "Black Sabbath - Rockstars In Concert" (MC 6117064). IN CONCERT live in worcester
---------------------------- (Rock Head records RHRCD-9906-8, KBFH presents 8015.2) Source: The Centrum, Worcester, Massachusetts, USA, 4/11/1983 CD: Children Of The Grave/Hot Line/War Pigs/Iron Man/Zero The Hero/Heaven And Hell/Solo Tony Iommi/Digital Bitch/Black Sabbath/Smoke On The Water/ Paranoid (72:08 min) Comments: Another clone of "Born In Hell". Excellent soundquality as usual and deluxe booklet. Said to be made in Canada, sold only in Russia and Ukraine, 1999. The CD claims itself to be a King Biscuit Flower Hour release which of course it is not. |

Apologies that no-one acted on this before now. I've searched on the band's official website and elsewhere and it's clearly not a release endorsed or contracted by the band so yes, deleted accordingly as an unauthorised bootleg. |

The Rockstars In Concert entry is a dead cert bootleg and has been deleted. I'm almost certain the Live in Worcester is also a bootleg and is not affiliated in any way with the familiar King Biscuit series of live albums but will have do do a bit more digging around to make sure (Shame really, as it's one of the few live recordings we have with Gillan in the band) Thanks for the prompt on these two |

^ I still doubt "In Concert" is a bootleg.
Unlike this one http://www.discogs.com/viewimages?release=1618111, my copy has typical King Biscuit logo and is not by Rock Head Records.

Only references to this I find on the web are those of a (supposedly very good, but I digress) bootleg. Removal is suggested. Discogs lists it as an unofficial release. |

This new GENESIS compilation: http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=39165 looks like something unofficial.
I have not found the proper information, but some Russian resources tell it's someone's self-made compilation. Back cover is suspicious as well (no record label, no cat. number): http://fastpic.ru/view/25/2012/1004/b2e19ff9b19103f9015a46968b093abe.jpg.html |

^ the Genesis boxset is gone. Even a casual trawl around the internet reveals very little info on the label/imprint purporting to own the license for these venerable recordings. Given the foregoing, why would one from our number see fit to create a new database entry unless it was for the purposes of vested interest/personal gain?
I've sent a PM to mbzr48 asking where he obtained the album/info (don't expect a reply real soon y'all) |
