Hello everyone!

We are glad to join ProgArchives community!

My name is Vlad, I want to introduce you my band “Auxford”. We are the prog rock band from Saint-Petersburg, Russia. We’ve just released our debute Album called “Reflection”.

Well, It’s a somekind mixture of classic prog-rock and blues. I would say we take something from Pink Floyd, Supertramp, Alan Parsons Project, and even King Crimson and Black Sabbath. But we don’t play their music, we don’t make music like theirs’, we just play what we like and how we like. Our music is our feeling.

We were making this album last three years. We are not professional musicians. (for instance, I do finance), but music is a part of our life.

We are four:
Vlad Semenov (me) – keys and vocals,
Alexander Golenskiy- guitar,
Yuriy Venchagov- bass, back-vocals,
Dmitriy Stepanenko – drums.

Our debute album can be downloaded for free here:  http://auxford.bandcamp.com/" rel="nofollow - http://auxford.bandcamp.com
or here:  http://www.soundcloud.com/auxford" rel="nofollow - http://www.soundcloud.com/auxford

Hope you like it!

Nice to meet you!
Vlad Semenov.

Welcome!

Feel free to take advantage of some of the sections on the forum designed for bands, like "Prog Gigs, Tours and Festivals" and "Prog News, Press Releases". I don't know if you could suggest yourselves on the "Suggest new bands" thread, but I'd give it a shot if I were you. (I can't 'cause I'm not familiar with your material ... yet.)

Of course, there are rules and guidelines on the forum you might want to read (just in case).

Enjoy your stay and participation.

 - Andrey.
