Hi everyone. My name is Michal, my favorite artist: Pink Floyd, Mike Oldfield, Tangerine Dream, Vangelis. Yet I can not create post in other places. Looking for mystery for me artist and album. I heard it in 2004 on the home made mp3 compilation CD. As far as I remember the album is in full instrumental, and recorded live. Other artist/albums in this compilation i know: Pink Floyd - Delicate Sound Of Thunder, and some Tangerine Dream. First of all, hi!  Sorry for the late response.
Second of all, ... because of how you phrased the question I do not entirely understand it. You probably want help with identifying a track, its author, and the name of the compilation album, did I get it right? BTW, I heard the clip but the part doesn't sound familiar to me. Sorry, if I couldn't be of any more help. You might want to ask for help in a post on another (appropriate) thread ... like the Shred Room. Cheers, - Andrey.
