Hubardo, the more I listen to it the more I love it. Its definitely in my top 10 albums.

Guapo is outstanding, includes a great dvd of their NF Five Suns performance. It's top 3 on the year for me with Mirthkon and Miriodor. I have heard four of these. None of them will be end up in my top 10, but Airbag (Floydish stuff, now on progstreaming) comes close and Ulver (tending to classic) is also good.
La Coscienza di Zeno is solid RPI, but I would choose Ingranaggi della Valle's In Hoc Signo instead because it is more adventurous. Hubardo candidates for most controversial album of this year. If I am to rate it, I'd round it down a bit to 2 stars. -------------

Guapo and Hubardo are both excellent. The Trip didn't grab me much, not yet anyway. Haven't heard any others on the list. ------------- My other avatar is a Porsche It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle if it is lightly greased. -Kehlog Albran |
