Hey - this is Matt Lebofsky from miRthkon. I couldn't help but notice that our newest album "Snack(s)" was added on this page, but with inexplicable errors in the lineup.

Basically I'm listed as "Matt Lebofsky: Piano". First off, I played all the bass guitar on this album (not Travis, who was listed as also playing bass guitar). I also sang lead/backing vocals (along with Wally) and percussion/drums and a few keyboards, none of which were piano.

How does one go about fixing this? I can't seem to...

^ no whoops. This error is all over the interwebs, even at Discogs (where miRthkon have also changed nationalities). Looks like we all copied an erroneous press release.

Now ... where is this weird review?

May I also add that there is no info whatsoever about the album on the band's own website? Has it been released at all yet?

Oh yeah, it's out.  Quite a good buzz going around too.  I haven't picked it up yet but I intend to.

It's one of my top 5 of the year, darker and heavier than the debut without losing the zaniness. Band was great at RIO.

Thanks for clearing that up. And sorry about the "review" confusion in the thread title - I'm still not totally familiar with the pipeline for where things get cataloged and where they get reviewed.

I'll light a fire under the pertinent people to update the mirthkon.com page...
