Just curious, but if YES were inducted in HOF, who would go onstage
to accept the award? Anderson? Bruford? Wakeman? I think not. Probably
Squie, but anyone else?

Yes I am pretty sure it would be Chris Squire.

Yeah, it would be great if they all could be present. And I believe they are suposed to play something, so just imagine if they could all play together...

The alleged Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a joke, and a bad joke at that. I hope they eventually do something useful with the building.  Maybe make it a municipal parking lot.

Unfortunately yes west would show up which would be the ultimate Hall of Shame joke------but hopefully Anderson, Bruford, Wakeman, Howe Squire White and Moraz ---the real greats behind the great Yes music would show up---but with these guys who knows? They rarely do what I want.Confused

I hope it is Anderson, Howe, Squire, Wakeman and White....and that they are forced to play "Owner of a Lonely Heart!"

I always LOVE to see Howe's sour expressions whenever he plays that live!  LOL

Seriously, I don't hold out much hope for a killer performance, unless Anderson and Wakeman return.  The present bunch is pretty pathetic.

[The present bunch is pretty pathetic.]

Ouch. That seems a bit harsh to me. I've heard that the current lineup is good live. However, I saw them two years ago with Benoit and they were pretty lame. I'm not sure I would say pathetic although maybe I would. LOL. Apparently the lineup with Jon Davison is better. I'm not rich enough to want to take a chance and catch them live though(unless Jon rejoins that is).

I love Yes. I could care less about the Hall of Fame. That being said, no one gets my vote until King Crimson is nominated for this farce of an award. And it shall remain a farce up until the day that occurs.

LOL!!!! That's exactly how I feel. It should be called the "Hall of Shame" instead, since it only serves commercial purposes, not the music or the fans.

A real hall of fame would have included all influential bands from the start, not that x number of bands a year after they've been around for 15 years bull.

Seriously, though. They're going to do what they're going to do and there's not a hell of a lot we can do to change that. Keep liking what you like regardless of what the HOF thinks of them and all that cheesy stuff.

That's about how I feel too, and KC has influenced so many rock and hard rock bands, etc that's it's simply amazing that they haven't at least been nominated.
