Vote Atomic Rooster, although I like many other groups from your list and because Camel missing :-)

Edit: I'm blind LOL Vote Atomic Rooster, Rare Bird, Penguin Cafe Orchestra, Pearls Before Swine, (and Camel)

I vote for Pavlov's Dog today, but I'm very eager to hear Fright Pig's album in its entirety. What I have heard sounds quite promising...

Edit: I see now that this is multiple voting. Two more votes: one for Porcupine Tree and one for Henry Cow in memory of Lindsay Cooper. I listened to a live performance of Beautiful As the Moon... Terrible As an Army with Banners yesterday and I love it.

Rare Bird from the list.

But Camel? Budgie? Gryphon?

Pity they aren't there, but I guess it's your poll.

Haaaaaa! I'm a dumbass, I totally forgot about Camel (I guess they were so obvious I forget them). Gryphon is a mythological creature is it not? There was a few of those but I didn't include them.

I shall be the first to eat at the Frogg Cafe.  Although after dining I will use a quill off of the Porcupine Tree as a toothpick.

Atomic Rooster for me "Goodbye Planet Earth" is such an under-rated track! Look it up if you haven't heard it!

What I like about this poll is that is misses some of the obvious bands (with the one exception), even if that was an oversight. Hopefully the PT fanboys won't overload the results with multiple votes (or did I just plant the idea?). I voted for the wonderful Frogg Café followed by the equally wonderful but nonetheless different Penguin Café Orchestra. Hmm, maybe I'm hungry.

One that isn't obvious, far from it, but still missing is the band with the coolest name ever: IWRESTLEDABEARONCELOL

Yeah, I'll take your word for it. Must be hundreds.

BTW Darryl, I read through some of your old reviews, and I realised how much musically we've got in common. We may not listen to the same albums, but the way you write about the actual music and what you're searching for really hits home with me.

Thanks.Thumbs Up I should get back to reviewing but I both haven't had enough time and lived next door to some noisy people who drove me insane...between those two reasons I slacked off on my reviewing.
