Great news! I wasn't able to attend Progday and was looking forward to them. The Facebook announcement and the website have them slotted on Sunday, not Saturday. Edit: Actually the banner for the RoSfest site and the announcement disagree. The banner for the site has them Saturday but the announcements I've read all say Sunday. I do realize I am just quibbling here (or I do now) .

It'll be interesting to see where the mix up is. When I was asked to write the press release a few weeks back, TYSwas scheduled for the Saturday slot.Which is what I wrote as well. Since then the press release has been edited, and either there's been a change of plans or the editor has mixed the days.

Geez, first Clepsydra then Collage. I was a bit disappointed with Believe last year. but I realize now that it's mostly the material from the latest album that just isn't so good, and it was featured prominently in their set

You were there this year? Too bad I didn't know, would have been interesting to say hi while I was over.

Apparently http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=1670" rel="nofollow - Comedy Of Errors would like a spot at this festival if anyone is able to pull a few strings:
And they'd go down a treat there too...

Too late for 2014 I'm afraid. All the bands have been booked, the one slot remaining has been taken too even if not announced just yet. While I don't have a say as far as bookings are concerned, I'll toss them George's way - alongside the plethora of other bands (literally hundreds) eager to be booked there ;-)

There's one or two bands I'm really surprised haven't played at Rosfest yet. I'm not mentioning any names though. :)
This looks like a really good lineup and I hope I can make it. I want to break the pattern of going every other year which seems to have been the case since they moved to Gettysburg.

well we can say hi next year. Do you think they will sell individual concert tickets again? I'm definitely in for Clepsydra and Collage. I'm surprised Collage is the festival headliner, would have expected Caravan, but I guess it's a scheduling issue

They will sell individual tickets from a few weeks prior to the festival I think. Agree that Caravan would have made the best headliner, but as you I suspect that there are logistical reasons behind that one. And yeah, hope to make it over next year too, and I shouldn't be too hard to spot in that crowd. Not too many burly peeps 6 feet and then something tall among that crowd ;-)

yeah probably a lot of that crowd USED to be 6 feet tall
I am easy to spot too as I'm neither burly nor bearded, nor grey haired, at least yet
