Here's another alphabetical prog album list, this time albums beginning with the letter "T". This poll pits classic concept albums Thick as a Brick, The Wall, Tales, & The Lamb against 2nd and 3rd wave prog favorites IQ & Spock's Beard. I knew "T" would be "Tough" as it would contain all the "The..." albums...
Remember this is a multiple poll so vote for all your favorites!
Have fun...

Toughest one so far! Lamb first, Silent Corner second, and third To Shatter All Accord by Discipline as a write-in. It was painful having to choose between them...

pissed if everything that started with "The" was filed under T.
It is an unusual way to organise the list. Even my iPod automatically discounts the articles for its categorisation.
Anyway, a few of my faves are Soft Machine's Third, Amon Duul II's Tanze der Lemminge, Don Ellis' Tears of Joy and Jean-Pierre Alercen's Tableau No. 1.
Off the list. my favea are The least We Can Do and The Rotter's Club (but I personally wouldn't count them under T). Guess Trout Mask Replica is my fave of those on the list that I would count.

Thick as a Brick and Tales from Topographic Oceans most definitely.
I'd also nominate Tubular Bells as a favorite, as well as a classic.

Your iPod is actually doing something properly, nor is it unusual to do so. Every single library in the English language does the same thing. 'The' is so common an article it is not included for categorization. If it were, half of all titles would appear under 'T.' As such, every single one of the titles that starts with it on the list should not be considered. I will not vote this time in protest of such poor grammar.

Indeed, I'm happy with (and would expect such) my iPod's categorisation, and I organise the generally accepted way, as do you. That said, of course, the OP can follow his own system for his own polls.
EDIT -- Looking at MFP's post: Tago Mago was a serious omission from my list. One of my favourite albums.
