The tax filing ads? Maybe. Those H&R Block people - it just makes me ask myself "What's wrong with this person? Did he hit his head on his way to the place where they would shoot the commercial?"

To sum up: option 1. F$%king Mutt Romney. F$%king Obama. F$%k.

Luckily, not living in the USA, these things don't bother me (or anyone else not living in the USA presumably). So in keeping with the parocial nature of the Poll, I'll chip-in with:

1. Does the DFS sale ever end?
2. Justice for Wynne Evans now.
3. I hardly ever buy washing-up liquid
4. They are different words. You see, they contain different letters that are pronouced differently.
5. Secret Escapes .... keep that to yourself.

iPads are not computers! How has Apple managed to trick the world into switching to an inferior product?

Of course they're computers. I don't think anyone's been fooled or tricked, people use them for different purposes. No one's forcing you to buy one.

I never claimed that they were, and I don't see how that's relevant. Do I have to approve of everything I'm not forced to buy?

It seems to be a stock answer, is not applicable here? My mistake. Tongue

I only use it when people are arguing for government intervention to stop a product they don't like. In this case, I am merely complaining. Wink

I think people who trade in their laptops for shiny new iPads with a fraction of the capability and a clunkier interface are fools who are more influenced by marketing than logic, but they have every right to be fools.

^Fools are those who switch a laptop for an iPad.

Not fools are those who have both

Naturally the political ads.
They've driven me to contemplate mass murder and/or suicide.

Tax commercials are hilarious. I can't imagine tax people being that personable and happy, or that excited to do their job. The whole feel of those commercials are just funny

Generally I mute the sound or change the channel when adverts come on. I can't stand them.

I can't remember the time I actually sat through an entire ad break. Probably some time in the 90's. I don't know why I hate them so much. It's probably soething to do with the kind of skin crawling, grating huour that is often used, especially in car insurence ads featuring fat opera singers and meerkats in smoking jackets for some inexplicable reason.

Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!
