Oh, man, Jude, got me in a spot here!

Hard enough for me to choose my ten favourite ALBUMS, let alone tracks.

I'll have to give it some thought and report back lol!

I started to explore the realms of RPI quite recently, but it will be long before I'll finish it; there is quite a lot to find here.
Some great tracks (no ranking yet):

The King of Memories - Il trono dei Ricordi
La Chamadere (Peccato d'Orgoglio) - Alphataurus
Progressiva Mente - Alphataurus
L'Occhio del Ciclone - Mario Cottarelli
L'Enorme Abisso - La Maschera di Cera (can be listened on progstreaming now)

I heard Quella Vecchia Locanda's albim Il Tempo della Gioia for the first time recently, this has quite a lot of great stuff. And I don't mention some Italian eclectic prog bands in this list (Akt, Profusion) - I limit myself to bands in the RPI genre here.

My head thinks in albums not songs, making this almost impossible without going through almost every album first.

Hey, you discovered Evasione too.
It's good, isn't it? Simple but compelling.

Hey, that's nice, seeing all these tracks on one list.
Good work, jude111!
I already tried out some stuff that I hadn't heard yet and so I came amongst other tracks to Mente Vola by Alphataurus, which is quite nice indeed.

Parlare dei 10 brani più belli, non ha senso, parlare dei 10 album più belli si, un album è prog. nel suo insieme, molti album hanno un brano bellissimo poi il resto .........
