This is one helluva strange band. They were formed in 1980 in Austin Texas by Brian Hansen.

Listed in the collectorscum website of Texas punk as ''experimental art punk... The LP is a lot of ambient experimental droning.'' I believe one of the tracks above (It Likes You) was a 7'' single; I can see the punk connection to the likes of (?)Devo. Yeah, strange band. Anyway, the album sounds like a mainly industrial/experimental work, will ask the PE Team to have a listen.
