I am a visual artist, so I listen to music a lot. My favorite bands have recently been Consider The Source, Orbs, T.R.A.M., and Trioscapes. Those are a little bit more on the metal side of prog. I also really like John Coltrane, Clifford Brown, and Freddie Hubbard - really bebop in general. I like the Grateful Dead, King Crimson, Yes, Jethro Tull, etc. I recently heard this song on an old radio interview with Consider The Source http://infinien.bandcamp.com/track/despierta and my mind was blown! I realize there is so much music out there that I have never even heard of, so I am here to explore new music and hopefully meet some other fans of Consider The Source. |
