Anyone know this Finnish band called Sentenced? They play melancholic technical melodic metal, with vocals that are somewhere between cleans and growls. Best albums are probably the two latest, The Funeral Album ( 2005 ) and The Cold White Light ( 2002 ) , which both come in really fancy digipacks as well BTW. Discuss.. |
The lyrics are usually about death, but in a really dark way, it's not anything like what all those teenager goth metal bands do. 
They're one of the most popular metal bands here in Finland, and their latest album has been on the charts for ages now.

yes, sentenced is the favourite band for my ex - grilfriend i heard them and i dont like very much, but is a good band , the lyrics is the best of them in my opinnion ------------- Follow me on twitter @memowakeman |

Well, obviously I know them, but not my cup of tea really. They did make a few OK songs though.
