With the first edition of 'Pick Only One' making it to six pages, I see no reason to stop this revolutionary thread series in it's infancy, and so with that, welcome to the second edition of Pick Only One. Gonna go with another easy one today, just to get the general 'feeling out' process of these threads out of the way. But I think I'll throw a bit more of a random choice at you guys for #3. So, Whilst a lot of people were nominating similar bands in the last thread, here is one I feel may be a bit more varied. Will be interesting to see. Also, since this is relevant to my answer, and I forgot to mention it last time, these don't always have to be Prog-related. Unless I specifically ask for something Prog, this series generally encompasses all music. So, let's get on with it. Pick Only One #2: Album Cover Artwork. The rules are simple: NO HONORABLE MENTIONS! NO RUNNERS UP! PICK ONLY ONE!!!

And here's my selection. Whilst Stratovarius certainly aren't near my top ten of favourite artists, I've always liked this artwork. Is it my absolute favourite? Probably not... but it's usually the first one that comes to mind when thinking album artwork.

The cover for Yessongs would probably be a close second, if only because it was my first exposure to the artwork of Roger Dean.

What a wonderful album this was, and how difficult it was to get for the longest time! The cover is kinda cute, and I like the fact that the "inside" is empty ... but the music inside the album DEFINITLY is NOT empty!

Love the album, hate the artwork. Close up pictures of body parts don't work for me (e.g. Meddle) and the zipper sends a bad message.
Yessongs is my number one (it would also get the runner up and honourable mention spots if we were allowed them)

Yep ... and, btw, this is an album with outstanding vocals and harmonies. If you have never heard it, this is as progressive as rock-folk can get ... excellent blend of rock, folk and vocals! Check out the long cut specially!
