I'll check it out.  A lot of basic commons sense.  The needle noise has always been the downside of the LP.  A lot of early CD releases weren't mastered for the CDs.  Low bit rate digital audio files lose fidelity.  Technology will likely catch up eventually and we'll have both the portability and the fidelity but not the physicality.
