Hello to all the Prog Rock fans out there -
Great to find a forum like this.
My favourite bands are all the ones you would expect - Genesis, Yes, Rush, Marillion, Tull, Supertramp, VDDG, Camel, Radiohead, Muse. Out of all of them, I think probably Yes are the most imaginative but in terms of creating Prog Rock music with great tunes and a strong lyrical content then I think Mariilion at their best are hard to beat. The first side of "Brave" is a good example of this. Look forward to reading everyone else's views on their favourite Prog bands.
