I've been a lot into Dario Argento's classic filmography lately. I still have to watch Four Flies On Grey Velvet and The Five Days, but apart from that I would go with the supossedly obvious answer. Either Deep Red or Suspiria. Tenebrae is awesome as well and comes in a close third place.

Suspiria, followed by Inferno and Deep Red. I like all of the ones I've seen though.

I have to go with Suspiria, but honestly I feel like it's tied with Deep Red and Four Flies on Grey Velvet.

There's too many there I haven't seen to cast a meaningful vote but I have been watching some of his films lately inspired by the Goblin connection.

Susperia if only because stylistically it's the most unique. I haven't seen anything past Opera just because of what a mess it was. Tenebrae is where he started to go downhill though.
