Seeing as how it hasn't been fixed I'll assume no one saw it in the new DT album thread, so I'll post it here.

The cover on the page for A Dramatic Turn of Events is not the cover. It is fanmade art by a fan on the Dream Theater Forums.

I think it's a Sysyphus work, if the album will be deleted soon it will be added again. Too many DT fans around Smile.
When official cover appears it will be replaced.

^ I think the idea was to delete only the cover, not the whole album entry. I agree to keep the entry. And considering regular users can't edit album entries any more, I'm pretty sure that if we change now the cover to the "Album art not available" image, it will remain untouched until the actual cover is realeased.

I think better idea is to cut hands of extremely enthusiastic fans who hurry to add the album months before its release. Unfortunately it's impossible.

This shows how big PA has become; which is great IMO, but....

Because of PA, many people believe it is the official artwork. People all over the internet (facebook, twitter, myspace, google) are praising the artwork and such. DTF is aware that the fan-made art is on this site and are laughing at us.

Not to mention there is no track lengths for the songs, and 2 ratings have been posted for an album NO ONE has heard.

This album should be removed and not re-added until the official artwork is revealed.

It is a problem. If the album will be removed, someone will add it again. You don't have to be a prophet to predict this. Smile
Any registered member can add an album - it is a feature and a bug at the same time. From one hand, it makes PA the most complete prog resource. From other hand, there is always some number of impatient fools who are too fast and spoil the party from time to time. I don't see a formal solution.

Anyone find it funny that the Train of Thought album cover is actually better than the music held within?

Eh, well it's probably their best album cover. I would give it to Octavarium if they didn't totally mess up the pendulum's trajectory.

It's funny that ToT is one of the DT albums I hate the most.

^ I hated ToT at first 10 spins ... then "BAAMMM!" the song HONOR THY FATHER hit me like a truck and I felt in love with the album.

Can't say I felt this with Systematic Chaos and Black Clouds, yet ?

Same here. The only album by them I mildly dislike is Falling Into Infinity.

ToT is my favorite. While SC and BC are my least, without doubt.
