Just like to say hi to everyone.

My Prog music interests are Emerson, Lake and Palmer - I like to watch their dvd's and kind of re-live "the day" if you know what I mean - some Yes, most of Dream Theatre's stuff, and lots more - too many to mention here.

I have a question too:

ELP has a new 2 disc DVD "Beyond The Beginning" that was released earlier this month, it was release in PAL format - does anyone out there know if it will be released in the NTSC format?

Thanks for the info re: the dvd release.

Ya - I hear you regarding your statement about elp bashing.  I can't see why anyone would want to bash them or any other band that has reached that level of success.  Even if one doesn't like their music - it would be common sense to at least appreciate the effort and talent that goes into a band like that.  I was a professional musician from 1969-1975 and was not anywhere near the level of ELP but I had fun and made a living (just) playing. I still play drums, but only for my own enjoyment now. There's lots of variety out there and music is a very personal thing don't you agree? It can be interesting to watch talented musicians play no matter what type of music it is and to just appreciate the work and the dedication there. If nothing else it can broaden one's mind and sometimes open up whole new worlds of musical experience. I've ranted too long here - thanks again for answering my question.

Cheers,
